Abortion Rights

I don't think it should be allowed. Things like conjoined twins or babies with special/extreme illnesses should be supported by the government, as people don't always want nor have to abort them. I was thinking, what if you could kill a baby? We don't even know enough about creation to say that a baby when created but small is considered conscious enough or maybe like it's asleep; if we do, we don't know.. We have overflowing jails, too, probably, and mental health institutes. I guess eventually people will end up making due or being arrested.
