Getting a Pixelbook and Gym Membership by September

I'm thinking of getting a Google Pixelbook and pen for $35/month for 2 years.
The one I have's space bar sometimes sticks. It would be hard for school, too.
I think I'll join a gym, too, so I can use the treadmill but also other things. I'll have to take the bus, unless I get a ride, sometimes. I like jogging, but it's my only cardiovascular workout.
Too bad I might have to wait until September.
